Monday, August 4 at 5:30 p.m. outside the Pathfinders office (4200 N Holton St), Pathfinders workers are holding a rally to show their employers that local politicians, nonprofit organizations, and the community support their employee's efforts to form a union. Milwaukee DSA fully endorses this organizing effort, and we want you to join us!
Pathfinders Milwaukee formed in 1970 as a resource for Milwaukee’s homeless and runaway youth, and the organization continues to be an essential lifeline for Milwaukee youth who are facing crisis and need comfort, care, and support.
However, as Pathfinders has grown, staff have noted a pattern of insufficient training, abrupt and sometimes retaliatory terminations, and ambiguity and inconsistency in wages and raises. These issues, and the lack of transparency around them, is causing dedicated workers to rethink their future with Pathfinders.

Join us for Coffee with Comrades. It's a casual, small group gathering to get to know other members, discuss local organizing, and learn about what DSA has been doing in Milwaukee.
For our August 17th gathering, we will be fresh from the DSA National Convention the previous week, so it's a great time to connect with delegates, hear updates, and talk about what's next.
All are welcome to join at any time! You don't need to be a member, but a DSA onboarder will be present if you have questions or want to get involved.
We will be adhering to the Person / Hybrid Meeting Checklist to the best of our ability.
